If you are having trouble logging into the CIBS website, please try the following:

If you can't remember the email you first logging in, email info@cibsonline.com with the email you want to use and ask for a password reset.
This will give us the opportunity to generate a temporary password that will be mailed to the email you stated.

If you have the correct email and password and still can not access your account.


Try using a different browser, such as Chrome, Internet Explorer or Firefox.
If you still have no luck, please call 1-866-457-2582 this is a Club Express support number.
Mention you are with the Cosmetic Indusry Buyers and Suppliers (CIBS) and they will help you through the process.

Can't pay my dues or register for an event

You must be logged into your account to pay dues or purchase tickets for an event and get your member discount. If you are not signed in you will not be able to sign into member only events or take advantage of your member discount for all events. You will however be able to purchase thickets as a guest.
