The CIBS organization is pleased to announce we are offering
limited sponsorship opportunities for select 2024 events.

We hope you will show your support for the organization as
well as utilize these unique opportunities to reach key beauty
industry professionals throughout the year.


Please Note: Sponsorship's are subject to to first right of refusal by last years sponsor. In such a case we will offer you similar options to purchase.

EVENT SPONSORSHIPS
Summer Luncheon 2024 Tribeca Rooftop 

RESERVE TABLES - $300
The package includes the following perks:

1. Reserved table for eight guests.

2. Company logo sponsor sign placed on the table, positioned around the perimeter of the dining area.

COAT / BAG CHECK SPONSOR - $1000*

The package includes the following perks as the coat / bag check sponsor:

1. Company logo prominently displayed on sponsorship signage located at the coat check area, which is positioned at the entry point. It is mandatory for all attendees to pass through the coat check area, as per the venue's policy, which requires bags to be checked before entering the venue.

2. Company Logo Included in online and social media marketing for the event 

ENTERTAINMENT BUDGET SPONSOR - $3000*

The package includes the following perks for your company as the entertainment sponsor:

1. Prominent signage displayed in various areas of the entertainment venue.

2. Company logo prominently featured in all marketing materials as the entertainment sponsor.

3. Inclusion of your company logo on all marketing flyers distributed through cibsonline.com, cibsonline Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

4. Company logo included in all online and social media marketing for the event.

5. One reserved table included, accompanied by signage. 

EVENT SPONSOR PACKAGE - $5000.00

The package includes the following perks for your company as the Event Sponsor:

1. Your company is the major marketed and branded sponsor at the event and advertised on the pre-event marketing.

2. Coat check sponsor perks.

3. Entertainment budget sponsor perks.

4. A total of 2 reserved tables included, accompanied by signage with premium position.

5. Event sponsor signage prominently displayed at the front entrance, check-in area, and throughout the event wherever signage is placed. Your logo will be included on all signage.

6. Company logo included in all online and social media marketing of the event.

*These packages can be reserved after June 30th, 2024, if an event sponsor has not been secured. Please email lpanackia@gmail.com to be put on the reserve list for any of the above packages before that date and reserve tables.
